Cancellation Policy

I get it life happens and sometimes you’ll need to cancel or re schedule. There is a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows, appointments later than 15 minutes or cancellations within 48 hrs.

Re-Do and Return Policy

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you’re having challenges with your cut or color , let me know within 14 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct it with no additional charge. If you are unsatisfied with your retail purchase let’s exchange it. You’ll have 14 days to exchange your (3 use max ) retail item for a different retail purchase.

Re- do policy does not apply to services that take multiple sessions to achieve desired results.
