I’m Alex Lundquist owner and stylist of Alex L Hair Studio. I’m a Colorado native who proudly serves Lone Tree, Colorado.

As a mom of two growing boys I know how hard it can be to find “me” time. I’ve created a one on one guest experience where all the attention is on you. I appreciate and respect your valuable time in my chair. Want to chat about your favorite local restaurant or the new book you’re reading? I’m currently into self improvement books and podcasts. Hello Patrice Washington! If you’ve had a long day and can’t muster up the strength for conversation I totally get it. You can close your eyes and relax, get some work done or even throw on your favorite murder podcast. Let me spoil you with a relaxing head massage and some much needed quiet time.

I’ve been doing hair since I was 17 years old. It’s hard to believe its been 16 years already! I love taking advanced classes to learn all the latest techniques. So I can deliver the you the best results. My specialties include dimensional color, balayage and personalized haircuts. I also have a passion for learning the newest ways to make my guests feel valued.

While most stylists offer to try to get you in the salon as often as possible. I want to make your hair last as long as I can between visits. Not that I don’t want to see you all the time but I know how busy life can be. We’ll come up with a personalized plan for your hair that fits your lifestyle and personality. I don’t book anyone else while you’re in my chair so you can rest assured you’ll have my complete attention and focus. I have a cute little snack box filled with healthy-ish treats. Also a beverage station where I can brew you a fresh cup of coffee with my Nespresso or a cold drink.

When I’m not at the salon I love being a mom. We’re a family of fluffy animal enthusiasts . We have a sweet rescue pup Penelope and two bunnies Smokey and Cinnamon. Finding amazing food spots is one of my passions. I’m always on the hunt for the next cool spot. One of my favorite things about Colorado is the sun and the beautiful hiking/ walking trails. You can’t beat seeing beautiful wildflowers and fresh air. I have an obsession with candles, leopard print and anything that sparkles!
